Order Confirmation

I just placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation notice?

  • If you entered your email address at check out, please check your spam or promotions folder to see if the confirmation email went there.
    • Please mark email as "not spam" and all future confirmation and shipping emails will show up in your general inbox. :) 
  • If not, you may have entered your email address wrong, so please email me at __________ and I will be happy to send you a screenshot of your order to confirm it! After a couple days, you can email me again to check up on the status of your order and I will send you the tracking number. 
  • If you entered your phone number at checkout, there have been known SMS deliverability issues related to certain phone plans. Please email me at ____________ and I'll send you a screenshot of your order.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping overview

Mochi Pins & Brooches Co ships worldwide from Hong Kong using third-party fulfillment partners (AliExpress suppliers and their logistics carriers). Our primary markets are the United States and Canada, but we accept orders from most countries.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch from our fulfillment partner.

During peak seasons, promotions, or supplier delays, processing may take longer. If your order is delayed significantly, we will notify you.

Shipping Cost & Free Shipping

To keep checkout simple, we include part of the shipping cost in our product pricing.

  • Free Tracked Shipping on orders USD $35+ (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Flat-rate Tracked Shipping on orders below USD $35:

    • United States: USD $4.99

    • Canada: USD $5.99

    • All other countries: USD $7.99

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times (Tracked Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order ships.

  • United States: 8–18 business days

  • Canada: 10–22 business days

  • International: 12–28 business days

Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (and tracking link when available). Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes charged by your local government. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by:

  • incorrect/incomplete address

  • missing apartment/unit number

  • unclaimed parcels or refusal of delivery

If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues (Late / Lost / Marked Delivered)

If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and include your order number. We will assist by:

  • checking tracking status

  • contacting the carrier/fulfillment partner when applicable

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the carrier investigation outcome.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:

  • check with household members/building concierge

  • verify your delivery address

  • check around your mailbox/front door

    If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier stock and warehouse location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
