Order Confirmation
I just placed an order, but didn't receive a confirmation notice.
- If you entered your email address at checkout, please check your spam or promotions folder to see if the confirmation email went there.
- Please mark email as "not spam" and all future confirmation and shipping emails will show up in your general inbox. :)
- If not, you may have entered your email address incorrectly, so please email me at info@mochipinsbrooches.com , and I will be happy to send you a screenshot of your order to confirm it! After a couple of days, you can email me again to check up on the status of your order, and I will send you the tracking number.

Shipping overview
Anime Enamel Pins & Brooches Co. ships worldwide from Hong Kong using third-party fulfillment partners (AliExpress suppliers and their logistics carriers). Our primary markets are the United States and Canada, but we accept orders from most countries.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch from our fulfillment partner.
During peak seasons, promotions, or supplier delays, processing may take longer. If your order is delayed significantly, we will notify you.
Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
To keep checkout simple, we include part of the shipping cost in our product pricing.
Shipping Rates
We offer tracked shipping to the United States, Canada, and Europe with the following rates:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD
- FREE Shipping on orders $40.00 USD and above (after discounts, before taxes)
- Promotion period ONLY: orders $30.00 USD and above (after discounts, before taxes)
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 CAD
- FREE Shipping on orders $60.00 CAD and above (after discounts, before taxes)
- Promotion period ONLY: orders $45.00 CAD and above (after discounts, before taxes)
Europe:
- Standard Shipping: €9.99 EUR
- Promotion period ONLY: orders 35 Euro and above (after discounts, before taxes)
Delivery Time:
- United States: 10 -15 business days
- Canada: 15-25 business days
- Europe: 15-30 business days
- Customs clearance can add 3-7 extra days
Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (and tracking link when available). Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes charged by your local government. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by:

missing apartment/unit number

unclaimed parcels or refusal of delivery
If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Issues (Late / Lost / Marked Delivered)
If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and include your order number. We will assist by:

checking tracking status

contacting the carrier/fulfillment partner when applicable
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the carrier investigation outcome.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:

check with household members/building concierge

verify your delivery address

check around your mailbox/front door
If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist.
Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the supplier's stock and warehouse location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
